PR DAY CELEBRATION - SYNERGIA’13
The students of Public Relations department of the Institute of Communication, Kerala Press Academy, organized a function to commemorate this on 26th April 2013.
The Chief Guest who graced the function was Mr. C.J.George, Chairman, CII, Kerala State Council and Managing Director, Geogit PNB PARIBAS Financial services Ltd. He spoke on the topic ‘PRIVATE CORPORATE SECTOR AND PUBLIC POLICY’ in forenoon session. This was followed by cultural programs in the afternoon.
The First All India Public Relations Conference was organized in Delhi on April 21, 1968. The theme of the conference was the need of ‘Professional Approach’ in the practice of Public Relations. National Public Relations Day is celebrated every year to highlight this aspect both among practitioners and students of Public relations.
